A structured, three-stage approach to culture change, which leads to real shifts in how things are done.

Some clients need support for all three stages, others for just one.

Understand.

By understanding your organisation and its culture today, we form a robust picture of what is working and what isn't. We also begin to shift mindsets and obtain buy-in across different groups - essential to make your change process run effectively.

This creates a solid foundation from which to begin, and results in a comprehensive mapping report with recommendations.

Envision.

Envision a culture which supports your strategic ambitions. What should we be feeling, seeing and hearing around here? What mindsets, rituals and communication styles are used? How are decisions made?

A culture is owned by everyone. So we guide you to run a highly effective co-creation process to envision the future.

We end up with a blueprint for your new, strategic culture and a roadmap to get you there.

Evolve.

We guide you each step of the way to bring your new culture blueprint to life.

From your communications strategy, to leadership coaching, to redesigning your structure - we guide you at the level which suits you.

The end-result? Your new, progressive, strategic culture is the norm and the organisation thrives.

What is culture?

Culture is made up of visible and invisible factors - values, behaviours, structure, rituals - which amount to 'the way things are done'. Much of it you can design and cultivate, as shown in the culture circle below. Influencing factors also sit outside the circle of control - such as industry and sector.
