Facilitation and system convening

Helping teams, partners and systems to surface their perspectives, make sense of it all, and co-produce ways forward. Building greater trust along the way.

"Struck the right tone, enabling a wide range of voices to be heard on a complex topic and generating very rich insight" - Healthcare Improvement Scotland

Do you need to bring stakeholders together to design something, answer difficult questions or build more trust?

Why we need effective workshops and facilitation

Some challenges cannot be solved by one person, one team or one organisation alone.

They need people to come together, hear different perspectives, make sense of complexity, and work out what to do next.

That sounds simple – but in practice, these conversations can be difficult to design and hold.

People may come with different priorities, pressures, language, power, histories, expectations or lack of trust. There may be tension in the room. There may be a lot that needs to be said before people can move forward.

My facilitation support addresses these challenges for you.

How my facilitation enables change

I design and facilitate workshops, events and conversations that help people do the complex, real work well.

This may include:

  • Stakeholder workshops

  • System convening events

  • Partnership development sessions

  • Leadership team workshops

  • Away days

  • Strategy sessions

  • Co-design workshops

  • Learning events

  • Reflective spaces

  • Action-planning sessions

I support the full process: from clarifying the purpose and outcomes, to designing the agenda, organising the venue, bringing the right people into the room, facilitating the session, and turning outputs into recommendations and next steps.

The aim is not just to have a good conversation. It is to create a process people trust – one that helps people contribute honestly, make sense of complexity and enable action.

You're in the right place if...

My support will help you if you’re saying:

  • “We need to bring people together around a challenge.”

  • “We need a facilitator who understands complexity and people.”

  • “We need partners or stakeholders to work together differently.”

  • “We need to design something collaboratively.”

  • “We need to hear from people, not just present to them.”

  • “We need a session that leads somewhere useful.

What you gain by working with me:

  • A clear purpose and well-designed process

  • Better conversations across teams, partners or stakeholders

  • More voices heard, not just the loudest or most senior

  • Shared understanding of the challenge

  • Greater trust, alignment and ownership

  • Clear outputs, actions and next steps
