Some questions need 'somewhere to go'
Other people look to you for direction and answers. But behind the role, you are carrying deeper questions.
Perhaps you are wondering:
-
Am I leading this well?
-
How do I bring people with me through this change?
-
Why do I keep avoiding conversations I know I need to have?
-
How can I create more ownership without losing control?
-
What does this next stage require from me?
-
Is the direction I am taking still right for the organisation, and for me?
-
What do I actually want now?
Some questions are clearly about leadership. Others are about confidence, identity, ambition or direction. Often, they cannot be neatly separated.
You can be outwardly capable and successful while inwardly second-guessing yourself, feeling stuck or sensing that the way you have been working is no longer sustainable.

You're not sure where to take these questions and find resolution. This is often where coaching can be helpful.

Coaching offers a space to answer your inner questions and build ways forward which are aligned to you.
Coaching offers a confidential, purposeful relationship in which you can slow down and examine the assumptions shaping your choices, notice patterns you may be caught inside and explore perspectives that are difficult to reach on your own.
It can help you reconnect with your judgment, values and instincts, and translate what you discover into decisions and action.
My role is to listen closely, ask useful and sometimes challenging questions, reflect what I notice and help you find the clarity and confidence to move. I will not give you a formula for how a leader should behave or tell you who you need to become.
Who is it for exactly?
My coaching is for thoughtful people carrying responsibility, who want to lead well while remaining connected to what matters to them.
This may be for you if you:

-
Hold a senior role and have few places where you can speak completely honestly;

-
Are leading significant organisational, cultural or system change;

-
Run your own business and aren't sure where to go next, or feel too much of its success still depends on you;

-
Are dealing with a difficult relationship, team dynamic or leadership decision;

-
Want to lead with more confidence without performing a version of leadership that does not feel like you;

-
Have reached a turning point and are questioning what comes next;

-
Know something needs to change but keep circling the same questions;

-
Want support that is thoughtful, human and practical, not simply performance advice.

My philosophy around coaching
I believe much of the wisdom you need is already within you. Coaching helps you access your answers, notice patterns and find more confidence in yourself.
When you are surrounded by urgency, competing expectations, organisational politics or the noise of your own overthinking, understanding where you're at and what you need to do next can be hard to hear.
I create the conditions for you to pay attention not only to the problem you initially bring, but to the patterns, emotions, assumptions and tensions underneath it.
I will support you warmly, but will not collude with you or avoid the questions that matter most.
Alongside coaching, I bring experience of culture, leadership and change across complex organisations and public systems.
I also know the experience of leadership from the inside - both from former employed roles and from directing my own company. I understand the responsibility and personal investment involved in leading and growing while keeping everything else moving.
I also integrate a blend of insight from ancient philosophy, natural systems, competitive sports and psychological frameworks into my coaching.
These experiences all inform the quality of my approach.
If you need consultancy, facilitation or advice as well as coaching, we can identify that clearly rather than confusing the different roles.

What do you cover?
Coaching will help you develop a more confident and constructive relationship with yourself, others and the uncertainties in your life.
The precise focus will come from you. We will agree what you want from the coaching and return to it throughout our work, while remaining open to what emerges along the way.
Examples of what some people explore are highlighted here.

How to get started
Register your interest. We'll have an intro call and take it from there.
I'll be offering coaching services from from November 2026 while I complete my executive coaching diploma. In the meantime, please register interest through the link below.
We'll then have an intro conversation to explore what is bringing you to coaching, what you hope might change and whether working together feels right.
A coaching engagement will usually involve a series of sessions over several months, giving you time to explore, act, learn and return with what you are noticing. Sessions can take place online, or in-person (if London-based).
Please ask me about pricing. I offer discounts for self-funding individuals and charities/social enterprises.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who are your services for?
I work with leaders, teams and organisations who know that something needs to change, but need help leading it well. You may be looking for clarity, assurance and practical support from someone you can trust.
Does the leadership need to be fully onboard with this before I approach you?
Though it helps if they are, they don’t need to be. Part of our service is helping you to obtain that buy-in from your leadership team and the wider organisation to ensure that the journey runs smoothly.
I have a small budget, is it worth me reaching out?
We bring big impact at competitive prices as a small organisation. We’re able to be flexible in how we design and price your project so you’re always getting the most competitive deal.
How long do your services take?
It depends on the size of your organisation and the service you need. Some programmes take as little as three weeks to complete. Larger, more comprehensive programmes may take a few months. Either way, we focus on bringing a sustainable impact from the word 'go'.
I'm worried you'll try to change us too much - is there a risk of that?
If some things are working really well, why change them? Everything we do is co-developed and keeps your best interests at its core. We’re all about building on your strengths.
Do you offer one-off workshops and away days?
Yes, we do deliver these. We provide short, sharp but high-impact offsites, workshops and events, bespoke for you.
Who will lead our project?
We match our consultant team to you to deliver your project most effectively. However, all projects are led by founder Lydia Paris.
