Lydia is a recognised expert in culture change and organisational development - and a quiet revolutionary. Coming from numerous award-winning consultancies, she is now trailblazing with what she truly believes in, and dedicates her expertise to reinventing the way organisations work. Through her work with diverse organisations - from start-ups, to multinational corporations, to NHS, to small charities - she has seen in depth how culture is not a secondary consideration but a primary driver of organisational success. And that traditional models for how we work need shaking up to meet the demands of today (and beyond). Her unique background blends scientific rigour with creative insight, allowing her to approach organisational challenges holistically and innovatively, transforming the way they operate to foster exceptional, high-performing cultures. Leading with kindness and a grounded confidence, she is an established advisor and practitioner – particularly in the principles of teal organisations, self-management, human-centred design, agile methodologies and transformational leadership. As a former Head of Client Programmes, she has a five-star approach to client services. Clients benefit from her ability to challenge the status quo, ask the right questions and support leaders in embracing change and new ways of working. They describe their journey with her as a pleasure and deeply insightful, helping them to 'do' as well as advising. Beyond her consultancy work, Lydia is also the Chair of Trustees for a London-based youth charity and a certified yoga teacher. She has a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford and further qualifications in Anthropology and Creative Writing. Elevate your organisation with Lydia and The Future Works, where effective change and high-performance awaits.
